Meet your therapist
Hi, I’m Tracy Menta! I’m an occupational therapist with over 9 years of clinical experience, with the last 4 years focused on women’s health and treating pelvic floor conditions. I have an advanced certification in pelvic floor therapy, as well as an additional certification in pregnancy and postpartum corrective exercise.
My greatest learning tool has been all of you! One of my favorite parts of treating not only the pelvic floor, but the whole woman, is recognizing just how interconnected our bodies are-from our head to our toes and everything in between, including our nervous system. There is so much more to women’s health than one body part, and I love helping women understand and connect those pieces.
Outside of work, I spend most of my time with my husband and our two children, Mack (2) and Colbie (1). I don’t have much free time these days (IYKYK!), but if I did, I’d be doing all things fitness-weight training, Pilates, cardio, and more! I also love to read, especially the cheesy romance kind of books.
What really makes my world go around in this phase of life is connecting with people, learning from them, and helping them in any way I can. I feel incredibly grateful to do work that allows me to do all three.
